Location was excellent! Directly across the road from the Sth Kensington underground station exit for ease. We were asked to leave our bags by the storage door in the shop but was assured that they get moved & locked away, which sure enough they were. Would definitely use again, made filling in the day at the museums simple.

Everything went quickly and smoothly. We felt safe. The shop is right opposite the exit of the South Kensington Underground station. We had to show the booking and a photo of the suitcases was taken. Both had to be presented again when collecting. Dropping off and picking up each took less than 5 minutes and the staff member was very friendly.

The shop location was right in front of the underground, and the process was quick and easy. I showed the booking reference, took a picture of the bags and a few hours later went to collect them which was also quick and efficient. Would use this location again if nearby
