Easy drop off. But weird leaving your bags in the basement of a shop and not secure but we took the risk and all was fine.

Location was excellent! Directly across the road from the Sth Kensington underground station exit for ease. We were asked to leave our bags by the storage door in the shop but was assured that they get moved & locked away, which sure enough they were. Would definitely use again, made filling in the day at the museums simple.

The Premier Inn was the closest location to where I was and convenient for where I needed to go after retrieving my luggage. I liked the idea of leaving my luggage at a hotel (vs. a shop), but the wait to pick up was quite long as I was behind a family checking into the hotel, asking lots of questions, adding breakfast to their reservation, etc. And there was only 1 person at the desk. I wasn’t short on time, but it was a bit annoying to have to wait so long just to pick up my bags. Finally, another person arrived and basically asked me if I was alright, as if I was standing in line for the fun of it. I told him I was wanting to pick up my luggage and he then got it for me.

The staff were polite and friendly and the whole process only took a couple of minutes. The locations was convenient and the extended opening hours meant we could enjoy the day sightseeing without having to rush back.

Very friendly staff. We received a tag for our luggage, so I had not doubt that our luggage could be picked up by somenone else. The location was a nice store and about 250 m from earls court station. So, not far for walking. Highly recommendable.
