Hotel receptionist guy and assistant were both very nice. They asked me to take a photo of the bag tag which will serve as proof to claim for my luggage. My luggage was put inside the reception area but was manned. Will book here again when I return

Easy to find, my bags were secure. The drop off details were weird though - there wasn't any tagging systems for bags and the guy was just ready to take my bag without noting my name or serial number. I had to tell him to take a photo of the serial number and that we both take a photo of the bag so it's not given to the wrong person.

Location is great, right opposite Paddington main entrance. Service was fast and secure. It is located in a bureau de change. The site is right on the street and suitcases are chained up in the store and a luggage tag provided

Close to Paddington station and easy enough to find. Polite staff at the convenience store - the bags we left were photographed and then taken 'out the back' for the duration. Collected again with no issues. Would use this Stasher again and would recommend to everyone, too.
