Close to Paddington station and easy enough to find. Polite staff at the convenience store - the bags we left were photographed and then taken 'out the back' for the duration. Collected again with no issues. Would use this Stasher again and would recommend to everyone, too.

The human at the counter was excellent. They were super kind and a pleasure to talk to. They answered all my questions and made filling out the oniline form easy. Especially, they ensured I knew when I need to pick up my parcels before end of day. Give them paid time off or a raise because they are deserved.

This is a small hotel and the staff were friendly and easy going. Luggage was exactly where we left it and everything was fine. Definitely would use them again.
