very quick drop off point, no one was there when we came back for pickup before the musical we were going to see so we left and came back again a couple of hours later and it was all good and we got our bags back in a couple of minutes
- Adi
Excellent point! Very helpful staff, friendly and welcoming. In addition to being secure (it's in a hotel), reliable and flexible (long opening hours), the extra bonus is how lovely the staff are. They also helped us with directions and local tips.
- Tine
The actual bag storage was in the basement and there was no lift. It's quite difficult to carry a heavy suitcase downstairs but one of the personnel in the store did offer to help me carry my suitcase back upstairs. I just said no because my friend was already there to help me.
- KL
Efficient, secure & accommodating! We were given access to sit in the lobby & use the toilets.
- Jill
Easy to find, perfect location just around the corner from Oxford Circus Tube which is the reason I chose it!
- Antonio
Excellent service. Quick and secure! My luggage was labelled and taken to another room. When you collect it, just show the label they give you on delivery and they’ll hand over your luggage.
- Rebecca
Staff were knowledgeable and friendly, prompted me to take a photograph of my bag when I nearly forgot, and asked if I wanted to take the water bottle I had in a side pocket because of the heatwave.
- George
Ideal location if you're in the Tottenham Court Road area. Perfect if you're seeing a show on the West End.
- Marian
Very welcoming and professional. This was my first experience and I had a specific request - medication pack needed to be refrigerated. This was taken seriously and a solution was found! When picking up - same first class professionalism. I can highly recommend this address.

Are there luggage lockers at Oxford Street stations?
Oxford Street’s Underground stations have no official public left-luggage desks, lockers or cloakrooms. Selfridges & Co. does offer coat and shopping-bag checks at its Customer Services Lounge for £3 per item, but this is not a solution for large suitcases.
For larger bags, use luggage storage near Oxford Street instead. Stasher has no bag size or weight limits, so suitcases, backpacks and bulkier items are covered.
Navigating Oxford Street: Stations and visit times
Oxford Street runs for 1.5 miles from Tottenham Court Road to Marble Arch, so it is worth knowing which end suits your plans. It is a public street, free to visit, with no ticket or timed entry.
Oxford Circus sits directly on the street. Bakerloo, Central and Victoria line services stop there, with no walk from the station entrance to Oxford Street.
The official tourist board suggests allowing 2 to 4 hours for a visit. Somewhere to store your bags nearby makes that longer walk along the shops more comfortable.
Oxford Street opening hours and late luggage collection
Oxford Street itself remains open to the public around the clock, although shops tend to close at 6:00 PM on Sundays. Tube services run roughly from 05:30 AM until 00:30 AM Monday to Saturday, leaving time for dinner or drinks after the stores shut.
For late luggage collection, several Stasher points near Oxford Street stay open late, so there is somewhere to store your bags beyond shopping hours.
Current exhibitions and attractions near Oxford Street
The Twist Museum’s The Summer of Perception runs until 1 September 2026. Adult entry starts at £24.50 and rises to £29.49 on the day, while child tickets begin at £20.00 and can reach £23.49. Somewhere to store your bags before visiting keeps the focus on the exhibition.
At Selfridges London, Hank Gruner’s High Hopes and Lies is free to visit until 31 October 2026. Moco Museum London tickets start at £29.50, adding another art stop near Oxford Street for a day out without large bags.
