I used this service for the first time. The staff at my drop point were super friendly and efficient and took only a minute or so to tag and arrange storage of my bag after asking me to take a photo of my tagged bag. The photo was used as an aid to collection and once again the collection process was as smooth as the drop off. I have already recommnded that my son use the service and this premises for an upcoming trip. Well done and thank you.
Luggage is tagged and placed in a secure room. It is retrieved with the numbered ticket given when it was deposited. This luggage storage near Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace is perfect both for its security and its location.

Fabulous location next to station! Right opposite Elizabeth line street access lifts. All level access into the premier inn for wheelchair users. All bigger lockers are on the bottom so book one of them if wheelchair user. Fantastic service so handy. Will def use again
Local, close to the tube station, was a bit worried that we were asked to just leave it in the open, but they put it away safely and returned everything as it was.
Very easy drop, really pleasant people, easy pickup. Made our final day a whole lot easier and worry free. Would most definitely use again and highly recommend.
