Was a little unsure about this service and if it would be as easy as people have made it out to be. It was as easy and straight forward as can be. Completed a form at reception of the hotel, they put a tag on my bag, gave me a slip and that's it! Friendly staff as well and they must do this all the time as they knew what they were doing. Will definitely use the service again and also recommend!

Very easy to find. Staff was supportive, the male staff rushed at first because there were people behind me but once it was done, it was really quite simple. And then on the way back to retrieve, the lady staff member was incredibly kind, even asked me and my friend about how the concert had gone that we went to before. Really simple to find, easy to store and kind staff.

Location was perfect for an event at Wembley Stadium and getting away from the venue after it had finished. Staff at the Premier Inn were used to this process and give you an official ticket for your individual bag so very safe and easy to use
