Very friendly and organised. Dropped the bag off, a tag was put on and we were told to take a picture and that the picture was out proof for collection. We arranged to leave the bag for a whole day but collected early. Drop off and collection took about 1 minute each.

When I got to the hotel the guy handed me a card that I needed to present to get my bag back upon pick up. The bags were stored in a separate room to the lobby so I never felt unsure or anxious about leaving my bag there.
