Very easy to find a location and reserve a spot for storing your luggage. They offer several locations across town (in my case Bilbao) so that you can choose the most convenient one (depending on availability, or course). One minor detail is that I would have had to pay a supplement to drop my suitcase a couple of hours before my reserved time. For busy locations, it is recommended to book sufficiently ahead of time.
