Great location and secure.

I was staying at a Premier inn hotel that had the Stasher storage available, and had an earlier flight than the advertised time allowed to drop bags. The hotel accommodated my 6 AM drop off, and the process was simple and secure.
- Joan
Very pleasant and helpful staff both for drop off and pick up
- David
Premier Inn, the staff were friendly and efficient. The bags were taken to a secure room. On collection the staff allowed us to pick out our bags and then checked them against the tag and ticket we were given to make sure we had the right bags.
- Giorgia
Very convenient as it is really near to Aldgate East tube station. Also the staff are really kind and they have a chamber dedicated to this service which they lock and unlock each time somebody is going to leave or recollect luggage. It looks really safe. To conclude, while you are there you can access their toilets which when are running around as a tourist might be really handy !

The staff were very friendly and collected our luggage incredibly quickly. The whole process was very straightforward and made things much easier for us. Picking up our luggage was also hassle-free, and it had been well looked after.
- Sandra
Everything was perfect. The shop assistant was very friendly. The only problem was that it was quite difficult for us to find the place.
