Brilliant service — everything you would expect from a Premier Inn
- Giorgia
Very convenient as it is really near Aldgate East tube station. The staff are very kind and they have a room dedicated to this service that they lock and unlock each time someone is going to leave or collect luggage. It looks very safe. In conclusion, while you are there you can use their toilets, which can be really handy when you're running around as a tourist!

First time using Stasher - I found it incredibly easy and received exceptional, welcoming and absolutely excellent service from the Premier Inn near the Tower of London. Highly recommend and will certainly use again.
- Kathrin
The staff were very friendly and collected our luggage incredibly quickly. The whole process was very straightforward and made things much easier for us. Picking up our luggage was also hassle-free, and it had been well looked after.
- Sandra
Everything was perfect. The shop assistant was very friendly. The only problem was that it was quite difficult for us to find the place.

Premier Inn London City - East Aldgate was a super convenient location for us. Their personnel were professional and friendly. Their luggage room is large enough to fit the biggest airline bag. They give you a luggage tag, which you then use to get your luggage afterwards. Their opening hours are very long — about 8 AM to 11 PM.

The establishment was very pleasant in its treatment; the storage area looked secure and gave me a great deal of confidence. Congratulations.
- Simon
It's great that so many Premier Inns are on the Stasher network as they are very conveniently located, as this one was, and they have very secure storage rooms and operate ID checks along with tags and receipts for safe retrieval.
