Fantastic for us, as we were staying at the hotel. So convenient to be a ble to access our bags at any time and nog have to inconvenience the hotel staff, or wait in a queue (we collected our bags at Chr k in time, so it was extremely busy)

I travelled to London to attend All Points East Festival where I was meeting my brother. Unable to take my overnight case into the festival I used your service as recommended by the festival. I managed to find storage between the tube and the site and everything was really straightforward. Booking online was easy and convenient and the staff at the hostel were friendly and helpful. I will definitely look to stash with you again :)

Found it very difficult to open the locker even with the help of the staff at the hotel. Added the code several times but couldn't open the locker. So, please add detailed instructions as to how to open the lock after entering the code.
