Booked the same morning to leave my bag here for a quick exit after a gig at London Stadium. Hassle-free drop-off and, although I had to use the stairwell at pickup to avoid long queues (reception is approx 150 steps up), I was able to collect my luggage and exit within 10 minutes to catch my connecting trains.
I needed to use this because my bag was too big to fit in the nearby V&A Storehouse lockers. Very easy to use and professionally done. You’re given a Premier Inn numbered luggage label as your receipt to get your bag back. Very secure location, would definitely use again.

Quick and easy to use. Left two large suitcases so we could join family for lunch before getting the bus to Stansted. A really useful service at a reasonable price.
Fantastic for us, as we were staying at the hotel. It was so convenient to be able to access our bags at any time and not have to inconvenience the hotel staff or wait in a queue (we collected our bags at check-in time, so it was extremely busy).
It was a nice, clean and safe location.
The locker service is really good, though only after the staff helped me find the unlocking lever, which wasn't obvious. (I may have been a bit too sleep-deprived because of the heat, admittedly.)
