Needed to use this as my bag was too big to fit in the nearby V&A Storehouse lockers. Very easy to use and Professionally done. You’re given a Premier Inn numbered luggage label as you receipt to get your bag back. Very secure location, would definitely use again.

Used twice over the two days in London. Both times at the same place (premier Inn). The website was simple to use and the booking process straight forward. Paying by card or PayPal was a good option to have too. Will definitely use again. I have confidence in the place where my bags were kept but obviously this was only one local. I can't speak for them all.
