It was all very convenient and smooth drop off and collection for the bag. Perfect for twickenham stadium games as it’s all on the way. The man was friendly and efficient. Recommend double checking closing times, as it was different to what was shown on stasher, where the store was actually closing at 9pm instead. But that was all fine, and was a really positive experience. I felt reassured the bag was safe and secure on drop off and pick up.

Friendly staff, easy to drop-off & collect. Bags are just stored in back of store but there is staff member there at all times to watch them and checkin/checkout with numbered wristbands to prove which bag is yours

Twickenham stasher (Foodland) was a great place to leave my suitcase before going to the rugby. Shop staff were really helpful (very well organised and geared up for a busy day). It was quick and easy to drop off and pick up my bag. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!

Twickenham Stadium bag policy and official bag drop facility

Visitors to Twickenham Stadium face a strict limit on what they can take to their seats. You are only permitted to bring small personal bags that are A4-sized or smaller. The venue does not enforce a clear-bag rule. Fans are also allowed to carry plastic or metal water bottles up to 750ml inside the stadium.

For anyone carrying more than the strict A4 allowance, the venue operates an official temporary Bag Drop facility on match days. You will find this located at Webb Ellis House on Rugby Road. The standard cost to use this service is £10 per item. The facility is equipped to hold large suitcases, oversized rucksacks, baby buggies and mobility equipment. For major international matches, the stadium bag drop typically opens 3.5 hours before kick-off. As another option for storing bulky items, Stasher has no bag size or weight limits.

Twickenham Station is the closest train station to the venue. The walk from the station to the stadium entrance takes 10 minutes. If you are travelling on the London Underground, Richmond Station connects the area via the District Line. Walking to the ground from Richmond is a longer route, taking 40 to 45 minutes.

A dedicated match-day shuttle bus operates to help clear the local transport network. This service begins 3 hours before kick-off and continues running for 3 hours after the final whistle.
