It was all very convenient and smooth drop off and collection for the bag. Perfect for twickenham stadium games as it’s all on the way. The man was friendly and efficient. Recommend double checking closing times, as it was different to what was shown on stasher, where the store was actually closing at 9pm instead. But that was all fine, and was a really positive experience. I felt reassured the bag was safe and secure on drop off and pick up.

Turned up at Twickenham shop, dropped off bag, gave me a ticket, went back, picked it up. No fuss, no complications, easy peasy. Only downfall was that the queue to station on return went back further than shop so could not access entry to shop for ages. Not their fault, they are close to station and convenient.
Perfect for a match day, we have used twice now
We stored our luggage here as we were just coming from the airport and wanted to visit the botanic gardens while we were out west before heading into London. Wish this location would have been just a bit closer to the gardens or closer to the train station we got off at. We walked quite a ways in the rain with all our luggage! The host was very helpful and was very flexible when we needed additional time before picking up our luggage!
