Premier Inn, the staff were friendly and efficient. The bags were taken to a secure room. On collection the staff allowed us to pick out our bags and then checked them against the tag and ticket we were given to make sure we had the right bags.

Everything was perfect. The shop assistant was very friendly. The only problem was that it was quite difficult for us to find the place.

It's great that so many Premier Inns are on the Stasher network as they are very conveniently located, as this one was, and they have very secure storage rooms and operate ID checks along with tags and receipts for safe retrieval.

We used the Premier Inn location. this provided a locked room which could only be accessed by staff very safe and the service was really quick. I did take the advice and photograph my bag before handing it over which helped the server when we picked the bag up. Overall perfect and no complaints

Fantastic place. About 10 minute walk from London Bridge Station and a very nice walk at that. I did find somewhere closer to the station for departure day but I’m glad we booked this place. Aside the staff being very lovely, we probably wouldn’t have walked down towards this area which was very relaxing and well worth a visit. There was also a nice wine bar/restaurant across the road from it where we went before collecting our bags.  The fact we got a card to match the tag on our bags made it feel professional (this was not the case elsewhere).  The only annoying thing is the hidden charges. When searching for a place to store luggage for anywhere, it’s implied that it’s £3.59 per bag day but there is a booking fee and insurance on top of this - for our 3 small bags, instead of £12, it was about £18.
