The human at the counter was excellent. They were super kind and a pleasure to talk to. They answered all my questions and made filling out the online form easy. In particular, they made sure I knew when I needed to pick up my parcels before the end of the day. Give them paid time off or a raise because they deserve it.

Everything was OK with the current storage place. At other places before, I got a small receipt with the number of my luggage. This time it worked differently: I had to write my name on a paper strip that was put on the handle and take a photo of it. When I collected it, I showed the photo and gave my name. And that was it. Very easy and effective. It just works!
