    As to be expected….They are really busy at certain times check out 10am and check in at 3pm but thankfully when I came to collect my bags the lady recognised me in the queue and grabbed my bags for me.  Great service

    Fabulous location next to station! Right opposite Elizabeth line street access lifts. All level access into the premier inn for wheelchair users. All bigger lockers are on the bottom so book one of them if wheelchair user. Fantastic service so handy. Will def use again
