The Heathrow Express serves Paddington and Heathrow Central for Terminals 2 and 3, as well as Terminal 5, with trains every 15 minutes. Its trains have dedicated racks for larger suitcases and overhead space for smaller bags, which helps since you won't be fighting for room. A standard single bought on the day costs £26, but an Advance Discounted Single booked 30 days out drops that to £10. The Piccadilly Line reaches central London in under an hour, with fares from £5.50. National Express coaches run to Victoria from £9.50, and the allowance is one large suitcase (or two medium cases) plus a soft hand-luggage item.
