I expected individual lockers but you just leave your bag at the hotel reception, and they lock it in a storage room. Felt a little bit iffy, but it was all fine and the staff were all very polite and helpful. Feel confident to use again.

Walking distance from Hammersmith tube/coach station. Friendly reception team on arrival for both drop off and collection. No issues with leaving the bags and felt they where kept securely. Would use them again.

Lovely friendly staff and public toilet at hotel was much appreciated too. Suitcase taken by me to a locked room and ticket received for pick-up. Lovely different staff on pick-up too. Will use again definitely as is super convenient for shopping at High Street Kensington without luggage.

A small hotel located on a residential street not far from Hammersmith station. Staff were friendly and helpful and reception manned 24hours. Reception area looked a bit shabby but did not affect the service.
