Premier Inn but down a small back street I possibly wouldn't venture down alone at night. However handy location for west end and friendly and easy drop off and collection.

Great location, super friendly staff and you're in and out in no time.

  • Léa12 days ago in Bond Street
very quick drop off point, no one was there when we came back for pickup before the musical we were going to see so we left and came back again a couple of hours later and it was all good and we got our backs in a couple of minutes

Excellent point! Very helpful staff, friendly and welcoming. In addition to being secure (its in a hotel); reliable and flexible (long opening hours); the extra bonus is how lovely the staff is. Also helped us with directions and local tips.

The actual bag storage was in the basement and there was no lift. It's quite difficult to carry a heavy suitcase downstairs but one of the personnel in the store did offer to help me carry my suitcase back upstairs. I just said no because my friend was already there to help me.

Easy to find, perfect location just around the corner from Oxford Circus Tube which is the reason I chose it!
  • Christine1 month ago in Bond Street
I dropped off and collected my bag with no issues - it was quick and easy! Just a short walk from Marble Arch and easy to find. They checked my bag photo on my phone to make sure I was taking the correct one.

Location was great to our apartment and plans before traveling home. Cases are stored in a cellar style room, down some outdoor stairs, Lady couldn’t have been any nicer, great service.
  • Spencer2 months ago in Bond Street
Some amazingly lovely staff helped me with the drop-off of my bag and offered me a paper bag with which I could carry around the few bits and bobs I still had on me. They were a tremendous help.
