  Worked very well for us. We left a total of 8 bags (4 checked cases and 4 carry-on bags) for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). We had just checked out of our nearby Airbnb apt and needed a place to store our bags for the day while we spent one last day in London. When we dropped them off in the morning we were asked to take one photo of all the bags together and we then showed the same photo at pickup. A different person was there when we picked them up at 7pm later that day but we showed the photo and he brought the bags from a room in the back. Overall very seamless and safe — we had to leave some valuable items in the cases as we were spending the day in London before heading to Heathrow in the evening. This included iPad, computer, Kindle, etc., and my son even left some cash in his backpack (even though I had told him not to!). Everything was there. I would recommend this location — seamless, safe and trustworthy and would use them again if I had to.

  Premier Inn, the staff were friendly and efficient. The bags were taken to a secure room. On collection the staff allowed us to pick out our bags and then checked them against the tag and ticket we were given to make sure we had the right bags.

  The luggage storage location was inside a hotel. Although there were a few steps at the entrance, the staff were very helpful and the storage area was excellent. I would definitely choose this service again next time!

  The stashpoint is a convenient location. The only problem is the hotel cannot provide a QR code for its luggage storage, but I understand it’s not their fault. It’s the overall booking interface and mechanism that need to be fixed.

  Very convenient location, just a short walk from the British Museum, especially since larger luggage cannot be taken into the museum. Drop-off and collection were both quick and smooth. I would happily use this location again.

  A few minutes' walk from the station. Easy to find and items kept safe in a locked room. Pick-up took a minute or two. AA++

  The human at the counter was excellent. They were super kind and a pleasure to talk to. They answered all my questions and made filling out the online form easy. In particular, they made sure I knew when I needed to pick up my parcels before the end of the day. Give them paid time off or a raise because they deserve it.

  Quick to drop off and collect, really helpful staff who carried my bags down and up the stairs for me, and opposite King's Cross, so a great location

  I used this Premier Inn as the staff here are incredibly helpful. Simple drop off, no faff, no dumb questions, absolutely brilliant.
