  I stored my backpack when I went to a concert in Wembley. Everything was easy and efficient, would recommend! Also a plus for being able to use the toilet while dropping off the bag.

  Location was excellent! Directly across the road from the South Kensington underground station exit for ease. We were asked to leave our bags by the storage door in the shop but were assured that they would be moved and locked away, which they indeed were. Would definitely use again — it made filling the day at the museums simple.

  Location was easy to find and perfect for access from Marylebone or Baker Street. Staff were friendly, handover was easy and bag was returned in perfect condition with full contents despite having no lock on the bag.

  I didn't know this was a service that was offered so was quite hesitant, however couldn't fault this at all. No issues upon collection too. No hassle, and probably spent under 5 minutes total both dropping off and collecting our bags.

  Worked very well for us. We left a total of 8 bags (4 checked cases and 4 carry-on bags) for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). We had just checked out of our nearby Airbnb apt and needed a place to store our bags for the day while we spent one last day in London. When we dropped them off in the morning we were asked to take one photo of all the bags together and we then showed the same photo at pickup. A different person was there when we picked them up at 7pm later that day but we showed the photo and he brought the bags from a room in the back. Overall very seamless and safe — we had to leave some valuable items in the cases as we were spending the day in London before heading to Heathrow in the evening. This included iPad, computer, Kindle, etc., and my son even left some cash in his backpack (even though I had told him not to!). Everything was there. I would recommend this location — seamless, safe and trustworthy and would use them again if I had to.

  Premier Inn, the staff were friendly and efficient. The bags were taken to a secure room. On collection the staff allowed us to pick out our bags and then checked them against the tag and ticket we were given to make sure we had the right bags.

  The luggage storage location was inside a hotel. Although there were a few steps at the entrance, the staff were very helpful and the storage area was excellent. I would definitely choose this service again next time!

  The stashpoint is a convenient location. The only problem is the hotel cannot provide a QR code for its luggage storage, but I understand it’s not their fault. It’s the overall booking interface and mechanism that need to be fixed.

  Very convenient location, just a short walk from the British Museum, especially since larger luggage cannot be taken into the museum. Drop-off and collection were both quick and smooth. I would happily use this location again.
