The location of the partner was easy to find, only issues centred around being asked for a QR code that we do not have. Once sorted they took our cases back. However when we returned we were a bit concerned that they were stored in the shop front. This did not feel very safe.

Trouble free, professional staff. Just be careful - they use also other provider than Stasher. My suitcase had the same pickup number as the suitcase from soneone else.

Good support after a catastrophic false start! The chosen drop-off location was closed and no host was reachable!!! Fortunately, the online support worked very well, and we were able to drop off our luggage at another location around the corner. We lost an hour due to the unreliable first host.
