It was great! So quick, I just left my lugagge and they told me to take a picture of it and a few days later I went to get it back. Super practical, so quick, and everything was as i left it. Great!
Easy drop off and pick up. Hotel easy to find a only a 300m/ 5 minute walk to/from the terminal. Staff had me take a picture of luggage pieces. We left half our luggage as we traveled several days to Venice. No worries the whole trip.

Everything was perfect, practically next to the Termini station. The hotel staff was very friendly, they let us use the bathroom without any problems. I won't hesitate to use it again.

Very convenient service. We used it to avoid standing in line at the luggage storage at the train station. We also called for a transfer to the airport here, comfortably waiting for the car in the hotel lobby. The staff is very polite. Luggage is stored in a room behind the reception desk, and each suitcase is assigned a tag with a number. Only hotel staff can enter this room, and it is fully visible, so everything looks quite safe.
