The hotel we booked was amazing. Both Receptionist were very helpful and friendly. They also gives us gave us the possibility to refresh ourselves there. Our biggest fear was not to be able to pick our things up although in the info stated they were 24/7, but they did not only provide all the information related to the pick up, but also guaranteed the service. Everything was smooth and fast. Really glad I found this service. Very reliable place

The location was great! Right next to the train station and many bus stops, including for buses to the airport. There was a big sign outside the building with the hotel's name, so you can't miss it. Also appreciated the fact dropping off the luggage was easy; no stairs to climb, no lifts needed, etc. The reception where we dropped them off was right in front of the entrance, so dropping off the luggage was hassle-free.
