I had a great experience with Stasher. The service was fast, easy and reliable. The staff was polite and helpful, and my luggage was safe the entire time. The booking process was clear and smooth from start to finish. They also offer amazing cappuccino and croissants, which made the experience even better. I'm super satisfied with the service, and I will definitely visit again.

It was very convenient to book online. I usually stay at hotels where I can check my luggage in early, but this time we stayed in an apartment so we were unable to do that. We had to find a place convenient to where we arrived in Rome and where our apartment was located, and it was easy to use this location. As for the location... this was very convenient and our luggage was safe. So, for that purpose, five stars. However, the person who checked us in was very grumpy. This was the start of our stay in Rome, so it left me a bit unsettled afterwards. But, for the purpose of storing luggage it was fine.

Booked online, arrived at the address and the shopkeeper had no idea why we were there. I explained we booked a short time before arrival and eventually he accepted our luggage. On the plus side, app was easy to use, good value and our luggage was safe.

No complaints about this location. They helped with our bags, and everything was returned in the same condition in which it was left. Very easy.

Great experience. Prompt communication and the guy was there before the appointed time to open the door so that I can collect my luggage.
