I booked at faith international as we had to be out of our hotel room at 10am and wasn't flying home till 10pm so thought it would be nice to spend the day without dragging our cases around, I picked this one as it was 5 doors away from where we were staying. We packed up in the morning and checked out and set off to the drop off to find out they no longer provided the service and wasn't very helpful. I decided to get in touch with the company to see what we could do thinking I had been scammed however I spoke to a lady called Oliva who was very helpful and arranged for us to take our cases to another drop off the Hearth hotel which was a 5 minute walk away she also refunded our money for this reason I will definitely use this service again.

Good support after a catastrophic false start! The chosen drop-off location was closed and no host was reachable!!! Fortunately, the online support worked very well, and we were able to drop off our luggage at another location around the corner. We lost an hour due to the unreliable first host.

The location was convenient, only a few steps away from the Vatican, and the service there was good. It’s a tour office, which is nice because you can buy skip-the-line tickets to get into the Vatican, the Colosseum, to Pompeii, etc. The problem, and that’s the reason for the lower review, was that the Stasher website said the location would be open until 6 PM, where in reality we were informed by the lady at the drop off location that they would close at 4 PM. We got there at about noon, so we had enough time to see the Vatican. The lady told us that she had informed Stasher many times about their actual closing time but Stasher just never updated the information online. She actually called Stasher while we were there and told them again. So if you can live with a closing time of 4 PM, this is a great place. I just think Stasher needs to get their act together.

For flights, prioritize not missing them as shipping bags is often cheaper than rebooking; always keep crucial travel documents with you. Note the Stashpoint's operating hours carefully; we may be limited in assistance for late arrivals, but will always strive to help.
    Can I get a refund?
    We know plans change so any booking can be cancelled up until the drop off window begins. To cancel your booking please log into your account, and under ‘My Bookings’ find the booking you’d like cancelled and refunded. We cannot refund bookings after the drop off time has elapsed unless in special circumstances, e.g. a delayed flight, or if you made a booking in error and have placed a new booking. In this case, please email [email protected] with documentation (e.g. screenshot of flight delay or new booking ID) and we will see what we can do.
    Can I extend my booking / add more bags?
    Certainly! We can’t do this for you as we do not store card details, so place another booking for the extra days/ bags and email us at [email protected] with your original and new booking IDs. We will then update the host of the extension / addition!
    What payment methods do you accept?
    Stasher accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are secure and processed quickly.
    How do I retrieve my luggage once I’ve stored it?
    When you return to collect your luggage, simply present your Booking ID along with either the counterpart tag or a photo of your luggage. The host will then retrieve your bag from the secure storage area. We appreciate feedback, so if you had a good experience, please consider leaving us a review. It helps us monitor and support our hosts.
    What happens if I don’t pick up my luggage on time?
    No worries! We understand that plans change. The drop-off and pick-up times are just estimates. As long as your booking is within the duration you’ve paid for and the StashPoint is open, you won’t encounter any issues. If you arrive after the location has closed, please contact our support team. If you're unable to collect your luggage the next day, we can arrange shipping for you and provide the associated costs and options.
    What is Stasher’s cancellation policy?
    You can cancel your booking anytime before the scheduled drop-off time through your Stasher account under 'Bookings.' You’ll have two options: a 50% refund or 100% coupon for future bookings. If the drop-off time has already passed, refunds aren’t guaranteed, but you can still email [email protected], and our team will review your request.
    Can I store valuable items (e.g., electronics, documents)?
    Every bag booked through Stasher is covered by a guarantee of up to €1,200 against theft or damage while stored at our StashPoints. While we prioritize the safety of your luggage, we strongly advise against storing essential travel documents, keys, or valuable electronics such as phones. Please note that only bags booked directly through Stasher are covered by our guarantee. Paying cash directly to the StashPoint violates our terms and conditions, and we will not be able to cover such bookings. Additionally, our T&Cs prohibit the storage of certain items, including cash and securities.
    Do I need to bring identification to store my luggage?
    Yes, you’ll need to bring your proof of booking (a digital copy on your phone is fine), along with a valid photo ID to show the host, and, of course, your bags! Please follow the same process when returning to collect your luggage.
    Can someone else pick up my luggage for me?
    If someone else needs to pick up or drop off your luggage, please email [email protected] in advance so we can update the host. The new person will also need to present the booking confirmation number and a valid ID.
    Can I pay in store?
    No, all bookings must be made online through our website or app for security and guarantee purposes. The process is quick and mobile-friendly, taking just a minute to complete. Cash payments in-store are not accepted, and bookings made outside our platform are not covered by our guarantee.
