The location of the partner was easy to find, only issues centred around being asked for a QR code that we do not have. Once sorted they took our cases back. However when we returned we were a bit concerned that they were stored in the shop front. This did not feel very safe.

I had never heard of stacher prior to our visit to Rome. We arrived prior to check in and our apartment did not have a place to store our luggage. After a quick search on the app I found Ciao Roma which had excellent reviews and decent location to our apartment. When we arrived the store owner helped us being our luggage in and quickly got everything organized foe storage. He was very kind and helpful. Upon pick up the store owner quickly retrieved our luggage and was once again very helpful. I would highly recommend using Ciao Roma if you need to store your bags when in Rome.
