This location was perfect for us! It was right around the corner from our Airbnb so super convenient. It was a lovely flower shop and smelled great! The owner was very friendly, spoke great English, and we had a nice time chatting with him when we picked up our bags. Highly recommend this location.

I had never heard of stacher prior to our visit to Rome. We arrived prior to check in and our apartment did not have a place to store our luggage. When we arrived the store owner helped us being our luggage in and quickly got everything organized foe storage. He was very kind and helpful. Upon pick up the store owner quickly retrieved our luggage and was once again very helpful. I would highly recommend using Ciao Roma if you need to store your bags when in Rome.

We were a family of 7 that arrived in Rome before our check in time. It allowed us to visit Rome on the first day without having the hassle of carrying our luggage. The service also allowed us to place our baggage close to our apartment which assisted us greatly. Also they staff were we left our luggage were helpful and friendly and allowed us to use the bathroom
