The place was well located for what I specifically needed. I could see on the app that there were many available locations, and that’s great.

I wish they had a better way of tagging your bags and making sure the right people pick up the right bags. All they do is have you write your name on some sticky notes and put one on each bag. But it doesn’t really stick. And they have you take a picture of your bags but they don’t compare your picture when you go pick up. They just show you a pile of luggage and ask you which are your bags. Seems like they ought to at least have tags that actually attach to the bags.
