Nice staff.  Great location.  Would have preferred a secure storage location.  All luggage is left in the gift shop along a wall.  Nothing missing, but felt a little worrisome.   Lots of staff walking around the store however.

It was functional. The place said they took other apps, as well. Next time I'll compare prices between the different apps, in case the competitors are cheaper.

Super easy and very convenient to Radio City Music Hall, which does not have a coat room/ bag check. We were able to quickly stash our bags and make it to our show. Even though the show ran late (11:45) we were still able to grab our bags by midnight with no problem.

Excellent service, but I would suggest adding a sign to the front door. For first-time Stasher users, it is confusing when the address leads you to a deli with no signage for Stasher.

I found it very well done and very easy to use, the order is placed in a few seconds and everything went well with the host location. It is really very convenient, I would recommend it.

Luggage storage at the American Museum of Natural History

Visitors coming to see the dinosaurs on the Upper West Side of Manhattan often arrive straight from the airport or train with everything they own, but the museum won't let large bags or backpacks over 11" x 17" through security. The museum does provide lockers for smaller items like coats, shopping bags, and day packs, costing $7 for a small locker or $12 for a large one per day.

Those lockers typically close around 5 pm, so anything you need after that means finding storage elsewhere. With Stasher, you can store bags from $2.49 per bag a day at 9 locations near the American Museum of Natural History.

Getting to the museum with luggage

The museum sits in Theodore Roosevelt Park, directly across the street from Central Park, and the B and C trains stop at the 81st Street–Museum of Natural History station just 680 feet from the entrance. An underground passage from that station leads straight into the museum's lowest level, though you'll still face the same security check and bag-size limit on arrival. Alternatively, the 1 train stops at 79th Street and Broadway, two blocks west of the museum, while the 72nd Street station on the 1, 2, and 3 lines is the closest fully accessible option.

Nearby sights and their own bag rules

The Metropolitan Museum of Art, a short walk south, also refuses large bags and luggage, including at its coat check. Central Park is open daily from 6 am to 1 am and free to enter, but it has no lockers for the general public, so whatever you bring in stays with you.
