The Port Authority Bus Terminal does not have any official baggage storage facilities or left luggage lockers. Increased security measures after 9/11 required the removal of such facilities from NYC transportation hubs.
Greyhound ticket holders can store one bag for free on-site. Additional bags will cost you $15, and availability is limited. You should always get in touch with Greyhound to confirm there is space.
