It's a good service. You basically leave you bags with a business and can get it back when they are open. Can be more convenient than lockers as the locations more convenient. Easy to use, book and pay online and the people at the shop just need to see the email.

Finding the locker was really difficult – if some people hadn't written in their Google reviews that I need to take the elevator and go down to the underground parking level to find the locker, I probably would have never succeeded. So thank you to those people for helping others out in their reviews! It would be a good idea to include the exact location in the booking confirmation e-mails, especially since many people who use this service aren't locals, many not even German people, but tourists, who won't know their way around the place. After finding the locker, actually using it was smooth. The touchscreen had English language option, and both dropping off my bag and retrieving it was a breeze, and I didn't have to carry it all over Berlin while I explored the city. So despite all the hardships during booking and finding the locker, the service itself is amazing, very useful and greatly appreciated. Thank you!
