Premier Inn, the staff were friendly and efficient. The bags were taken to a secure room. On collection the staff allowed us to pick out our bags and then checked them against the tag and ticket we were given to make sure we had the right bags.
Excellent location, only 5 minute walk from York train station. Helpful, friendly staff available to support and provide clear instruction.

I checked the stasher website and Google to make sure the store was open when I wanted to collect my bags. I also put on my booking that I would want to pick it up at 4pm. The store is apparently closed from 2-5pm. Luckily they answered the phone and gave me my suitcases.
Although It was safe, the bags were visible to every customer of the shop.
