Very friendly, straightforward pick-up and drop-off. However, the location was not easy to find (inaccurate representation on maps).

The luggage delivery was very simple, we arrived a little after the indicated time but there was no problem because the schedule is flexible.

Smooth and very useful for when we had just arrived in the city and didn't want to drag cases around

Real easy legitimate system. Can store a large suitcase. Definitely recommend searching place beforehand to ensure it is open during the times of storing.

Total lifesaver if you have rented an Airbnb and have a late flight. Allowed us to explore the city without our stuff. The shop was a really good location for a sightseeing day. Struggled to find at first but if you aim for the TV tower it’s right there.

If a botto that I should write sorry? They kept my luggage and didn't throw it in the Spree, what should they do?

Needed to leave my luggage somewhere before getting to the airport, and i did not want to go back to the hotel. So after looking to find something (the places in the train station are not always guaranteed since there are only a few luggage storage for so many travelers, i came across #Stasher. Greta way to solve my little problem that made a difference to the rest of my day. The in-store experience was also good; the lady checked my email payment confirmation, tagged the luggage and gave me my tag number (to get the luggage back). The only thing that i would say (and not related to safety, the luggage was perfectly fine); i was expecting them to have a specific place somewhere in the shop, like luggage storage boxes or something like that; instead they just put them behind the counter. That is the only thing i was not expecting. But still the 5 stars are worth it.

The clerk was very very friendly. They put my stuff behind the counter which I didn’t mind because I have locks on my luggage, and I took my passport out. We were able to enjoy our last day without carrying heavy luggage around. We picked it up with no problems whatsoever and everything was there. Only thing is, the photo they offer of the place isn’t correct. The color of the sign is different now. The clerk thought it was a different place when I showed him until he saw the business name was the same. The photo I attached is the correct photo of the exterior of the building.

Whole process was pretty easy. Took a few minutes to find the shop, but that was more so an issue with google maps. bags were stored safely and were untouched when I collected them. Was a life saver, the stasher store was really near where Alexanderplatz station and 5 euro per bag was well worth avoiding carrying your luggage for the day.

Bag Rules and Official Station Lockers

Alexanderplatz is an open square, while the official station lockers are outside it at the adjacent Berlin Alexanderplatz station. Their location is on the ground floor, on the right-hand side of the DB centre. This is the nearby official option for left luggage in Alexanderplatz. The lockers are available for a usage period of 24 hours, so that stated limit applies to storage there. No separate locker location is given inside the square itself.

Timing Your Visit and Late Bag Collection

Stasher has storage near the Alexanderplatz entrance, with 1 point staying open late for evening collection. A Berlin TV Tower visit lasts 45 minutes for the observation deck, or up to 1 hour and 45 minutes for the restaurant, so the storage period needs to cover the relevant visit. The tower is open until 11:00 p.m. year-round: from 9:00 a.m. between March and October, and from 10:00 a.m. between November and February.

How to Book Your Storage Spot

Stasher has luggage storage near Alexanderplatz through trusted local shops, hotels and self-service smart lockers. A spot is booked online, and your bag stays safely out of sight until collection. For more city-wide options, see luggage storage in Berlin.
