We found the shop hard to find at first but once we found it there were no problems. The staff were friendly and helpful.
- Michael
Friendly, clear, and left in a location in the office where I felt no anxiety about it being lost or stolen
- Beatriz
They are super nice! And we took he opportunity to have a meal there. But take into account it is a restaurant. So, the luggage is left in their warehouse, not in lockers.
- Rebecca
So easy to stash, take a picture and go. All of my items were returned safely and the woman who helped me was very nice and kindly spoke English to me when my French didn't hold up. Only left my things a few hours but seems like timing of dropping off/picking up isn't strict.
- HECTOR
The host very nice and welcoming. I didn’t know what to expect I was nervous at first but after speaking to him for 5-8 minutes about Peruvian places to eat in France. I felt at ease.
- Mary
Simple to use and the location was merely a few steps away from our accommodations (airbnb) so easy to drop off and retrieve. Process of dropping off and picking up was seamless.
- Emma
Easy to manage, comfortable for the traveler, and above all, I must say that at the Hotel Esmerala in Paris, we were treated with great kindness. Good service.
