Getting to the monument with luggage

The nearest station is Charles-de-Gaulle–Étoile, served by Metro lines 1, 2 and 6 plus RER line A, and it sits roughly 60 metres from the monument. You reach the Arc de Triomphe itself through the Passage du Souvenir underground pedestrian crossing, which means navigating stairs and tunnels with whatever you're carrying.
