Location was great. The store owner was very nice and sincere. The luggage was not locked up, but the owner handled all luggage in and out. He took his job seriously and with pride so I felt it was very secure.

Very helpful and polite staff! I’m grateful for the flexibility in the time for drop off and pick up. Location is quite convenient and the late working hours are a big bonus.

Hotel staff very kind and accommodating, most likely on the day of check-out, while waiting for the flight, we will make the same choice again, thank you!

We deposited our 3 bags at this hotel less than 250m from the Arc de Triomphe. Very convenient, and the young man at the reception who took care of our luggage was very kind. It was a very quick and practical deposit. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. Arriving from Disneyland, we got off at the RER stop at the Arc de Triomphe, left our bags there, and enjoyed a few more hours in Paris. Then, from the same hotel, once we retrieved our luggage (a 3-minute operation), we walked 1.3km to Porte Maillot for the bus to Beauvais. Excellent service, and very convenient.

They were polite and helpfull. The luggage were stored safely. The host also helped to book a taxi to the airport when we picked up the luggage at the end of the day.

Everything was perfect. I booked through the app and upon arriving at the hotel, I left the luggage without any problem. In our case, we had a group of 10 bags but there were only 5 spaces available, but in reality, the hotel had plenty of room for more bags. The schedule said until 8:00 PM, but the hotel told us it was open 24 hours.

Perfect service! We arrived in Paris very early in the morning and our apartment check-in was in the afternoon. We used Stasher to find a hotel nearby where we could leave our bags in the meantime. Very convenient and easy to use. Also a good price. I would recommend.

Luggage storage near Arc de Triomphe
Arc de Triomphe has no left-luggage office, cloakroom, or locker facility for visitors’ bags. Luggage storage therefore needs to be outside the monument itself. Stasher has 5 luggage-storage points within a 5-minute walk of the entrance, with the nearest point about 3 minutes away. These are nearby storage points outside Arc de Triomphe, not facilities inside the monument. That distinction matters when somewhere to store bags is needed immediately before a visit: the monument itself offers no left-luggage service. Prices for luggage storage near Arc de Triomphe start from €1.49 per bag per day.

What you can carry inside the Arc de Triomphe
The Arc de Triomphe permits bags measuring no more than 40x40x20cm. A suitcase or larger bag outside those dimensions cannot pass through the monument entrance, so arrange somewhere to store it before visiting. Site personnel may also ask you to open your bag for a visual inspection, including bags that meet the size limit.
Pushchairs and strollers are not permitted inside the monument. Access control staff can keep them during the visit, and they can be collected at the end. This exception applies to pushchairs, not oversized suitcases or other bags. Check the dimensions of any luggage before arriving, as the entrance limit is the deciding rule for what can be taken inside.
Opening hours and how long to book storage
From 1 April to 30 September, the Arc de Triomphe is open from 10am to 11pm Wednesday to Monday, and from 11am to 11pm on Tuesdays. From 1 October to 31 March, it is open from 10am to 10:30pm Wednesday to Monday, and from 11am to 10:30pm on Tuesdays. Last admission is 45 minutes before closing time.
The average visit lasts 40 minutes. A luggage-storage period covering an Arc de Triomphe visit should include that time, along with your arrival and collection. These monument hours do not establish a storage location’s collection hours, so they cannot confirm whether collection after your visit is available.
Reaching the entrance from a nearby Stasher point
From a Stasher point, reach Arc de Triomphe through the Passage du Souvenir underpass. Crossing the traffic circle on foot is not permitted, so the underpass is the access route to the monument. Charles-de-Gaulle-Étoile station serves Metro lines 1, 2 and 6, plus RER line A, making it the relevant public-transport stop from a bag drop or mainline arrival.
Booking Stasher for large bags and group luggage
Stasher provides luggage storage near Arc de Triomphe for bags of any size or weight, so oversized luggage is covered. Online booking offers a spot with a trusted local shop or hotel, or a self-service smart locker. The bag is kept safely out of sight until collection.
