I actually ended up using this place twice- once when I arrived before my rental started, and once when I switched rentals to join some friends. Both times this was easy to access and they did what I needed, which was keeping my luggage safe so I could enjoy the city. The folks behind the desk were pleasant and spoke enough English to make up for my very limited French.
