Very friendly man in the shop. We had to put our suitcases in the basement. When we came back, wu could fetch our suitcase in the basement. It would have been easy to change the tag with a tag of another suitcase… But everything went fine and we could use the time from checking out of the apartment until we left the city for sightseeing. Clean, easy, practical, nice people on the reception of the hostel will mark your bag and leave it in their office, I feel it's safe. Hostel is also close to the underground metro so that is very nice if you have bigger bags to carry.

The people at Segway in Vienna were fantastic. I stored my bike there for 6 weeks. When I picked the bike up I was running an hour late due to a flight delay. They stayed back after hours so I could pick the bike up. Service was exceptional from day 1. Highly recommend Andrea & Dimi and their high quality service
