It was difficult to find the storage point as only very basic location information was provided by stasher (a word "myflexbox", streetname and house number). As a first-time user I didn't know what a myflexbox is; but worst of all this myflexbox was in an entrance to the underground parking next to a huge building, and this information was not provided.

Please note that only bags booked directly through Stasher are covered by our guarantee. Paying cash directly to the StashPoint violates our terms and conditions, and we will not be able to cover such bookings. Additionally, our T&Cs prohibit the storage of certain items, including cash and securities.
    Do I need to bring identification to store my luggage?
    Yes, you’ll need to bring your proof of booking (a digital copy on your phone is fine), along with a valid photo ID to show the host, and, of course, your bags! Please follow the same process when returning to collect your luggage.
