First drop off was perfect. We found the place really easily thanks to the helpful directions on the website and the picture of the location. The lady who took our bags was very friendly and helpful both when we dropped them off and collected them. All went very smoothly and no waiting. However, on our final day I booked the same drop off point through Stasher to drop the bags off between 10 and 11 am but when we got to the location at 10.45 it was closed with no indication of when it would be open. This was a bit worrying as Stasher had taken payment but the drop off point was clearly closed. We went and got a coffee and I managed to live chat with one of the Stasher agents who was very helpful and asked me to take a picture of the closed location. By the time I had walked round to take a picture it was open so I ended the live chat and we dropped our bag off (later than we had planned). We had arranged to collect the bag between 2 and 3pm as our train was leaving at 2.30 and the man in the drop off location advised that we came at 2 to allow enough time to get the train. When we called back to the location at 2 it was closed with a note saying ‘back in 15 minutes’ which was a bit worrying as we had no idea if he had just gone or what time he would be back. Luckily he was back by 2.15 which allowed us time to get on the train. It would have been helpful if there could have been a note on the door in the morning saying what time it would be opening and the same in the afternoon. I understand that sometimes places have staff shortages but it would have been nice to have been informed what time it would be opening

Good location close to Waverley Station. We got a little lost trying to locate it but finally found it. There were several people in line waiting to drop off bags and only 1 person working. She did great and worked quickly, but was definitely flustered due to previous rude customers. I wish I could remember her name, but she did great! Pick up of our bags was super quick and easy as well. It was just very convenient being able to leave our bags while we explored the city then pick them back up before heading to our hotel for the evening. I'd leave my bags here again!
