They were very kind, professional and accommodating - Thank you for making our trip to Surgeon's Hall Museum super-smooth and easy! It was a great start to our holiday in Edinburgh! Very central and close to the train station, we could leave our baggage and enjoy the city before heading to our accommodation on the outskirts.
Everything was perfect; the luggage is in a separate room with a tag that is checked by the staff when it is collected.

We stored at the hub Premier Inn in Edinburgh and they knew exactly what to do, no delays and friendly service. Pick up was simple and we were actually taken to where the bags are stored so we could easily identify our bags for staff. They double checked tags and stub to ensure we were taking correct bags. The storage space was neat and tidy and bags organized well.
