The clerk was friendly, took the bags, and we were able to retrieve them later with no issues. The only complaint is that it was a little far from the train station. But it was the only one that had availability and was open late enough to accommodate.

First wanted to use Bounce, Server was down, staff in 24/7Even 385 Queen Street West recommended to use Stasher instead. Worked all flawlessly. Easy communication, took good care of my belongings, had a full additional day that I could enjoy in Toronto. Full recommend 24/7Even 385 Queen Street and will come again if I have to deposit luggage. 5 Stars.

Bags were stored in a back room that was very cold which was great because there was food in mine and I worried that it would be in an uncooled area. Would recommend and use again!

Stasher has a great idea which I think has real value. The reason I am only giving it a 4 star rating is due to the execution of its service. In my case, the place I dropped off my bag was at Penguin Pickup location on the University of Toronto. The lady who took care of me was very helpful but she was totally unable to log into the appropriate Stasher app and process my bag dropoff. She ended up writing me a paper receipt and everything worked out but I wanted to point out that for the people on the ground who actually have to deal with the clients, it appears that they are not getting much in the way of training or support for this.

Bag-free visits to museums and venues
The Royal Ontario Museum encourages visitors to leave valuables, large bags and other personal belongings at home, and reserves the right to inspect all bags. At TD Music Hall, 178 Victoria Street, bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6" are not permitted. Bags are discouraged and subject to security screening. Storing larger items locally keeps them out of these checks, helping avoid delays at either venue. The Hockey Hall of Fame is at Brookfield Place’s lower concourse, with admission access via Toronto’s underground PATH walkway at 30 Yonge Street, near Yonge and Front Streets.
Storing bags before trains and flights
Union Station, at 65 Front Street West, connects downtown Toronto with GO Transit regional rail, the UP Express to Toronto Pearson International Airport, and TTC subway and streetcar lines. The UP Express also stops at Bloor and Weston stations.
Booking your Stashpoint and oversized bags
Stasher offers online luggage storage in Downtown Toronto through trusted local shops, hotels, and self-service smart lockers. Bags are kept safely out of sight until collection. There are no bag size or weight limits, so large or awkward luggage is accepted where a size restriction could be a problem. The Fairmont Royal York also provides luggage storage, but its service is for hotel guests and handled by Bell Attendants at the main entrance. Stasher therefore covers more than guest access at one hotel, with storage options beyond the Fairmont.
