Owner was very friendly and it was a smooth, easy process. I was a bit concerned that he was tracking everything on a paper notebook (what if it got lost/damaged/stolen?) but not a big deal. He stored stuff behind his counter in plain view, so that also made me a bit nervous, but I figured things would be covered if there was theft. Overall a good experience!

Super easy drop off and pickup service. Was a bit surprised to see that the storage was just behind the counter in the open but there were no issues and it seemed like there were two staff people there all day. Great spot, minutes away from union station.
