Easy communication, took good care of my belongings, had a full additional day that I could enjoy in Toronto. The clerk was friendly, took the bags, and we were able to retrieve them later with no issues. The only complaint is that it was a little far from the train station. But it was the only one that had availability and was open late enough to accommodate.
Bags were stored in a back room that was very cold which was great because there was food in mine and I worried that it would be in an uncooled area. Would recommend and use again!
