First wanted to use Bounce, Server was down, staff in 24/7Even 385 Queen Street West recommended to use Stasher instead. Worked all flawlessly.  Easy communication, took good care of my belongings, had a full additional day that I could enjoy in Toronto. The clerk was friendly, took the bags, and we were able to retrieve them later with no issues. The only complaint is that it was a little far from the train station. But it was the only one that had availability and was open late enough to accommodate.

Bags were stored in a back room that was very cold which was great because there was food in mine and I worried that it would be in an uncooled area. Would recommend and use again!

Host was very friendly and helpful! I was worried things would be kept behind an open counter, but everything was in a locked, separate room, and just asked us everything would be safe.
