Staff was friendly, informative and very helpful. There were 6 in our group with multiple bags each. The attendant helped us download the app, book our bags and tagged them. When we returned a few hrs later we received our bags very quickly. Certainly will use this place again when needed

The staff at INS Market were friendly and efficient. Drop-off and pickup were both quick, and my bag was kept safe the whole time. Great central location too — would definitely use this spot again!

OMG!!! What a life saver! So I didn't notice my check in time my Toronto vacation was 4pm and I arrived at noon 😳🤯 Property owner said oh you can check in early then said PSYCH 😶 So I say hey Google show me temporary luggage storage in Toronto Canada and BOOM 💥 STASHER to the rescue. It was crazy close to both my condo and the train station. The lady who checked our bags was super sweet. My location was inside a convenience store so we got snacky foo-foos and say off to explore Toronto without big burly bags (3 large suitcases and 1 carry-on)🙏🏽 You can't see thee exact location until after you pay, which can be tricky since I was coming to an unfamiliar location. My guess is it's so thieves don't have a list of locations they can loot for luggage, not sure though. I didn't see an explanation. Oh and to me the less than $8 per bag fee was so worth it. We will be using them again for a few hours before our trip home. 🤗

Excellent location, only a few minutes from Union station. We left 4 bags/cases. Staff very friendly and helpful - the lady was kind enough to store a fragile item out of the way. Highly recommend this place - we were able to walk around Toronto without luggage.
