Very good service, simple and easy to use. I made the reservation through the website and went to drop off the bags as agreed. The only downside was that the website mentioned we would receive a "stasher tag" (I think that's the name), a kind of identifier/proof of the items delivered, but we didn't receive it, as the guy informed us they were out of them at the moment. Regardless of this, everything went smoothly.

Great location in an office building. Staff was super kind and helpful. Highly recommend if you're in need of a safe place to store your luggage for a couple of hours. We returned from a cruise and had 6 hours before our return flight. This service provided us the ease we needed to spend the day exploring in Miami without having to carry or worry about my luggage.

Please note that only bags booked directly through Stasher are covered by our guarantee. Paying cash directly to the StashPoint violates our terms and conditions, and we will not be able to cover such bookings. Additionally, our T&Cs prohibit the storage of certain items, including cash and securities.
