Getting to Kaseya Center with luggage

The Park West Station on the Metromover's Omni Loop is the designated station for Kaseya Center, and requires a short walk east to Biscayne Boulevard to reach the venue. The Metromover itself is free and runs every day, and you can reach it by taking the Metrorail to Government Center and transferring. Downtown Miami is served by both the Metrorail and the free elevated Metromover system. Ride-sharing drop-offs are at the corner of Bayshore Drive and HEAT Boulevard.

The Historic Overtown/Lyric Theatre Metrorail station is about five blocks away, a manageable walk if you're not carrying too much.

For something to do nearby, Bayside Marketplace is a two-level open-air complex on the water with shopping, dining, live music, and boat tours. You can get there via the Metromover's Inner Loop to the College/Bayside stop, then walk one block east. Bayside Marketplace is open Monday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
