Stasher should make some protocol mandatory for hosts or do quality control (like making sure all hosts have locks on their storage units, will have a person at the desk, have some sort of security at the front door, etc).

We needed a safe place to store our bags in LA for the day. We chose Stasher because they were the only service provider that share the name of the business that will be storing the bags BEFORE your book. Unfortunately though, when we arrived to leave our bags at our chosen StasherPoint, the business had closed and moved on. Once we got in touch with Stasher to tell them, they quickly refunded our money. So, Stasher is a good business, but choose your storage location carefully!
