Very convenient location. Staff were friendly. However the only issue I had that was as it was quite busy so sometimes was waiting a long time for the lift to collect my bag. Which when ina. Rush was not great

Staff very good and cheerful even at 7 in the morning. Location just a short walk from Picadilly Gardens where there is a tram station and lots of bus stops. Would use again without hesitation.
