  I used Stasher at the Premier Inn on 23/05/2026 and honestly couldn’t fault the service from start to finish. The booking process was incredibly simple and easy to use, and it gave me complete peace of mind knowing my luggage was safe and secure while I enjoyed the rest of my day stress free. The staff at the Premier Inn were very friendly, welcoming and professional, making both drop off and collection quick and hassle free. The location was perfect and extremely convenient, especially when travelling around the city without having to drag heavy bags everywhere. The whole experience was smooth, reliable and excellent value for money. I would 100% recommend Stasher to anyone needing secure luggage storage and I’ll definitely be using the service again in the future. Fantastic idea and fantastic service!Stasher has strong customer feedback online, with many users praising the easy booking process, convenient locations and helpful staff.

  Really great spot, right next to Piccadilly station. The lockers are good for a very large bag (or 2-3 rucksack size bags). Helpful staff on the reception - a really great expereince!

  Very convenient location. Staff were friendly. However the only issue I had that was as it was quite busy so sometimes was waiting a long time for the lift to collect my bag. Which when ina. Rush was not great

  Such a convenient place to leave luggage close to Piccadilly station. Very secure, but so easy to get to and to use.
